Spring is about Planning

A yacht is a strategic purchase, It may take months or even years to realise. For example small children take no space but they grow, gain friends (especially with a yacht) then fly the nest. Buy the yacht your family will grow into.

Racing or cruising, is your safety, insurance and navigation  gear  serviced/up to date  A few minutes and pennies spent in spring will be worth hours and pounds in summer.  Racers, have you checked for rule changes. Are you optimised for your rating system?

Want a berth for the monaco GP, voiles de Saint Tropez or Sail GP you're probably too late. Yachts take years to build, marinas take decades. Book early and remember its easier to cancel. Have a great season.
